As a BIPOC immigrant psychotherapist (Qualifying), I'm ready to work with you to navigate through any life challenges that may arise. I look forward to supporting you through any issues related to everyday life, major life transitions, relationships, self-identity, addictions, loss, career/life goals, motivation, anxiety, depression, and stress management. Having worked with our community’s most vulnerable and marginalized over the past 14 years, I know what it feels like to ask yourself why me? Why does this always happen to me? Why do I feel like I am behind everyone else in life? Why do I feel stuck? Good news, you are not alone!
Working with a trauma-informed lens and a client-centered approach, I have a keen focus on utilizing an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, sex-positive, and non-judgmental framework when working with clients. Since everyone is unique and different, it is key to be able to adapt accordingly. I tend to have an eclectic, holistic and integrative therapy style.

I am a 2.5 year old Cavalier King Charles spaniel! Most weekdays, you will find me at home napping the day away or playing fetch at the park! On weekends or when I have spare time, I volunteer with my hooman owner Andrea as a therapy pet to visit those around the community who experience social isolation. I am always very excited to meet new people or dogs! I look forward to supporting Peacewood Therapy clients in the best way possible, perhaps Andrea will let me join in on some walk-and-talk sessions? Can't wait to make some of you smile!
